QUIT CLAIM DEED •
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, James F. Chandler and

Eileen M. Chandler, his wife , of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration 'of the sum of One T$1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
The West 20 feet of the following described property:

of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 5 East W. M., in King County,
Washington described as follows: oCommencing atthe West i corner
of said section 4; thence North 0 33 05 East 09.36 feet; thence

thence south 0° 39' 36" West 129 feet; thence north 88° 18' 09" East 140
feet; thence North iu 39' 36" East 129feet; thence North 88° 18' ' 09"
West 140 feet to the true point of beginning, Except the North 20 feet
thereof for road.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Kenton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
