All that portion of vacated street, together with a portion of lots 30
through 58 inclusive, Block 23; and lots 1 through 29 inclusive, Block 24
within C. D. Hillman's Earlington Garden's Division No. 1, as recorded in
Volume 17 of Plats, page 74 records of King County Washington, subsequently
vacated on October 16, 1939 by Commissioners Journal Volume 38, page 8
records of said county, described as follows:
A strip of land, having a width of 80 feet, being 40 feet on either side
CD of the 1/16 line which runs in a north-south direction through the SW 1/4 of
Section 19, Township 23 N. , Range 5 E. , W.M. and more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of SW 16th Street
with said 1/16 line;
