THE GRANTOR, OLYMPIC PIPE LINE COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, for
and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, conveys and warrants, subject to the exceptions, reservations and
provisions hereinafter stated, to the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation
Qof King County, Washington, the following described real estate situated in

The West 40 feet of the North 70 feet of the Northeast one-

c0 quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 30, Township 23
North, Range 5 East, W.M. in King County, Washington, BUT
RESERVING to Grantor an easement over said realty to construct,
reconstruct, maintain, repair and operate petroleum pipelines
and necessary appurtenances.

1. Easement to construct, reconstruct, maintain, repair and operate a 60-inch
water pipe over and along the north 30 feet of said premises and other property,
as granted to the City of Seattle, a Municipal Corporation, by instrument
recorded September 27, 1946, under Auditor's File No. 3612021.
2. Easement for electric transmission line within and across the North 30 feet
of said premises and other lands, as granted to the City of Seattle, a Municipal
Corporation, by instrument recorded December 26, 1961, under Auditor's File
No. 5333806; to the record of which reference is hereby made for full particulars.
3. Easement for ingress and egress over the southerly 30 feet of said premises,
as reserved in instrument recorded April 2, 1965, under Auditor's File No. 5862128.
4. Easement for buried telephone cable across said premises, as granted to Pacific
Northwest Bell Telephone Company.
EXCEPTIONS and RESERVATIONS:
1. There is particularly excepted and reserved unto OLYMPIC PIPE LINE COMPANY,
its successors and assigns, one 20-inch OD pipeline, one 16-inch OD pipeline,
one 12-inch OD pipeline, together with electric lines, telephone lines, cathodic
protection devices, control and instrumentation cables and conduits , and other
related facilities, all of which are installed, or may be installed, upon the
land herein conveyed.
2. There is further excepted and reserved unto OLYMPIC PIPE LINE COMPANY, its
successors and assigns, a perpetual right of way easement and privilege to
construct, operate, maintain, replace and remove pipelines, electric lines,
