CLARIFICATION (9-20-19)
Please refer to the Complete RFQ Document posted at www.rentonwa.gov/bids. The following is a
clarification to the scoring for Project Experience.
The Evaluation Criteria for Project Experience states "The proposed Project Manager and/or key team
members must have demonstrated experience in each of the following categories for projects that have
been completed in the State of Washington, within the past five (5)years:"
For this RFQ,the City defines a "completed" project as one that has achieved physical completion.
For this RFQ, the City will evaluate and award points for projects completed in the State of Washington
beyond the past five (5) years. Projects completed within the past five (5) years may be awarded the
maximum points for Project Experience whereas projects completed beyond the past five (5) years will
not be awarded the maximum points.
