the following described real estate, situated in the County of King,
State of Washington, including any after acquired title:
That portion of Lots 30 & 31, Block 31 of C. D. Hillman's Earlington Gardens
Addition, Division No. 1 as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, page 74, records of
King County, Washington, vacated on October 16, 1939 by King County
Commissioners Journal Volume 38, page 38, and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the south line of said C. D. Hillman's
Earlington Gardens Addition, Division No. 1 with the section line common to
Section 24, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., and Section 19, Township 23
CO North, Range 5 East, W.M.; thence N 00°47'29" E along said section line a
distance of 30 feet; thence S 89°49'01" E on a line parallel with and 30 feet
"c-j' northerly of the south line of said plat, a distance of 20.00 feet, to the true
D point of beginning; thence continuing S 89°49'01" E a distance of 35.37 feet;
thence northwesterly along a curve to the right, having a radius of 35.00 feet
0through a central angle of 90°36'30" an arc distance of 55.35 feet to a point
on a line parallel with and 20 feet easterly of as measured at right angles
0 from said section line; thence S 00°47'29" W parallel with said section line a
Q distance of 35.37 feet to the true point of beginning. Containing 269.46

Said tract being the parcel of land lying between the property line arc at the
southwest corner of Lot 4 of Renton Short Plat No. 431-79 (Valley Office and
Industrial Park Subdivision No. 1) recorded under King County Auditor File No.
8002269013.
