Southwest one-quarter of Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. ,
lying between the centerlines of Pelly Avenue North and Wells Avenue North
produced Northerly.
Said strip of land lying Southerly of the following described line:
Begginning at the Southeast corner of the above described property: thence
Northerly along said Easterly line a distance of 7.26 feet; thence Westerly
a distance of 38.11 feet to a point 7.55 feet Northerly, measured perpendicularly
from the Southerly line of the above described property; said Southerly line is
also being the existing Northerly margin of North 6th Street; thence Westerly
along the arc of curve to the left, radius 1878.05 feet, through a central
angle of 4 34' 52" a distance of 150.12 feet to the point of reverse curve;
thence continuing Westerly along the arc of the curve to the right, radius
1878.05 feet, a distance of 83.64 feet to a point on the Westerly line of the
