U.A.B. Street Improvement
A strip of land, of variable width, across the following described property:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the North line of the Northwest one-quarter of
the Southwest one-quarter of Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. with
the West line of Park Avenue N. ; thence South to a point 715 feet North of the South
line of said subdivision; thence Westerly to the Northerly production of Pelly Street;
thence South to a point 660 feet North of the South line of said subdivision; thence
West to a point 293 feet East of the Northern Pacific Railroads belt line right-of-way;
thence South 380 feet; thence West 126.5 feet; thence South 250 feet; thence West to
the East line of the Northern Pacific Railroads belt line right-of-way; thence North
. 0 along said Easterly line to the North line of said subdivision; thence East to the
point of beginning; subject to easement for the Northern Pacific spur right-of-way.
