QUIT CLLDI DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, Wilton L. and Lois E. Swartz, husband
. and wife , of King County, State of Washington, for and in
consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accuring to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and

The West 130 feet of that portion of the East one-half of the Northeast one-quarter

Range 5 East; W.M. lying Southerly of State Highway #2: LESS the South 75 feet thereof.
ALSO TOGETHER with a strip of land 5 feet in width over the Westerly five feet of
the following described property:
All that portion of the East one-half of the Northeast one-quarter of the Southwest
one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 5 East,
W.M. lying Southerly of State Highway #2: LESS the West 130 feet thereof: LESS that
portion deeded for street purposes: LESS the South 200 feet.
