The Easterly 10 feet, measured perpendicularly to the Westerly

250 feet; thence North 89° 06' 03" East a distance of 1 ,055 feet; thence
South 74° 39' 53" East a distance of 681 feet, more or less, to the Westerly
line of Springbrook County Road; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of
said Springbrook County Road, 60 feet, more or less, to the South line of said
Section 30; thence Westerly along said Southerly line a distance of 1 ,706 feet,
