consideratio of the ge ral public welfare and the special benefits accuring to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
All that portion of Lot 16, Block 1 , Smithers 2nd Addition, according to the plat
Nrecorded in Volume 10 of plats, page 28, records of King County, Washington, lying

Southerly of the following described line;

BEGINNING at a point on the East line of said Lot 16, 12 feet Northerly of the
LI7 Southeast corner thereof; thence Easterly, perpendicularly to said East line, a distance
P of 2 feet to the true point of beginning of said line; thence Southwesterly along the
T- arc of a curve to the right, radius 12 feet, through a central angle of 90° 00' 20" a
distance of 18.85 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot 16, 10 feet West of the
Southeast corner thereof, to the termination of said line.
