RIGHT-OF--ENTRY AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this 2nd day of May , 1974 by and
between the CITY OF RENTON, King County, Washington, a municipal corpor-
ation, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Countrywide Stations, Inc.

RV That the said Grantor does by these presents grant unto the Grantee
Right-of-Entry over the followingdescribed

make all necessary improvements in conjunction with the construction of
storm sewer upon the following described property:
A strip of land 11.50 feet in width and 70.36 feet in length lying adjacent
to and parallel with the Southerly margin of S.W. 43rd Street (known as
South 180th Street) being the most northwesterly portion of the following
described property:
That portion of the North half of the Southeast one-quarter of the North-
west one-quarter of Section 31, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.,
in King County, Washington described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South line of South 180th Street as conveyed
to King County for Road by deed recorded under Auditor's File No. 2660649,
which is 300 feet Westerly of the intersection with the Westerly margin of
East Valley Highway as conveyed to the State of Washington by deed recorded
under Auditor's File No. 3960406; thence South 89° 04' 13" East along said
South margin of South 180th Street 300.00 feet to said Westerly margin of
East Valley Highway; thence South 37° 10' 55" West along said Westerly margin
300.00 feet;
thence North 52° 49' 05" West 60.00 feet; thence North 25° 56' 39" West 164.18
feet to a point which bears South 0° 55' 47" West a distance of 60.00 feet
from the point of beginning; thence North 0° 55' 47" East 60.00 feet to the

said Southerly margin of South 180th Street; thence North 89° 04' 13" West

P. 2 Right-of-Entry Agreement
That said Grantee shall have the right without prior institution of any suit
or proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said location
for the purpose of constructing storm sewer without incurring any legal
obligation or liability therefore; provided that such construction shall be
accomplished in such a manner that private improvements shall not be disturbed
or destroyed, or in the event that they are disturbed or destroyed, they will
be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property
was entered upon by the Grantee.
THIS AGREEMENT may be terminated by either party herein upon ✓'j° days
for written notice unto the other party.

Any terms hereinabove to the contrary notwithstanding, the right-of-entry
herein granted shall continue only so long as construction and improvements
to said sewer facilities are being made and the right-of-entry herein granted
shall immediately terminate when said construction is completed.
