SUBJECT: Deed Conveying Tax Title Property from King County to the
City of Renton -- L.I.D. 286
Transmitted herewith is a deed for a 20 foot strip of land acquired for
utility purposes in conjunction with L.I.D. No. 286.
The original copy of the instrument is attached for recording by your
office. When the deed has been recorded, please transmit the Auditor's
File number to us so that we may complete our file.
Please charge the recording fee against 000/15/532/20/31.
We still await recorded easements from Bellinger, Madison and Erickson
for this same project.
