QUIT CLAIM DEED
TiilS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, the Grantor, City of Renton, a Municipal
Corporation of the State of Washington, for and in consideration of the sum of One
($1.(,0} Dollar to us in hand paid and in further consideration of the general public
welfare and the spe cial benefits accruing to us therefrom, do, by these presents grant,
vacate , convey and quit claim to EARL McLAUGHLIN and SIRI McLAUGHLIN, his wife, the
Grantees, the fuiloWing described parcel of lane lying and being in the City of Renton,
in King County, State of Washington, to-wit:
That portion of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of
Section 18, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County,
Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 15, Block 30, Eariington
Acre Tracts, according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 15 of Plats,
Page 84, records of King County, Washington; thence South 10°50' 15" West
along the southerly prolongation of the easterly line of said Lot 15 a
distance of 60 feet to the southerly line of a 60 foot tract conveyed to
King County by deeds recorded under Auditor's file Nos. 2609373 and
260'374, records of King County, Washington, and the true point of begin-
ning of this description; thence North 79°09'45" West 250 feet; thence
North 1U°50' 15" East 22.27 feet to the southerly line of the G. S. Goodwin
Road No. 2 as established by instrument recorded under Auditor's File No.
2647265, records of King County, Washington; thence South 82°13'45" East
along said southerly line 370.84 feet to a point of curve; thence South
82013'45" east to the westerly line of 91st Avenue South (formerly Rainier •
Avenue) ; thence South 10°50' 15" West along said Westerly line to a point
which bears south 79°09'45" East from the true point of beginning; thence
North 79°09 '45" West 252.80 feet to the true point of beginning. •
This Deed is further given to correct the legal description in the two deeds
hereinabove mentioned recorded under auditor's File Nos. 2609373 and 2609374, records of
said King County, conveying a 60 foot tract to King County for right-of-way purposes
for aforesaid G. S. Goodwin Road No. 2; which road and 60 foot tract and the adjoining
land of above Grantees from which it was conveyed, have subsequently been duly annexed
to and are now in the jurisdiction of the City of Renton, which has succeeded to the inter-
est and obligations of King County therein; the parcel hereinabove in this Quit Claim
Deed described by metes and bounds having never been and being not now used, needed or in
any way appropriated to or for road or right-of-way purposes nor to or for any use or
purpose of said County or City, but being excess thereto and in excess of the presently
existing and established 60 foot right of way of said Goodwin Road and being erroneously
included in the legal descriptions of the tracts conveyed and intended for road purposes
by above mentioned two deeds recorded under above two file numbers , and said parcel is
hereby deleted from the abovementioned two deeds and from the aforesaid 60 foot tract
described and conveyed in them.

This Quit Claim Deed is further given in consideration,/and exchange for a Deed
this date given from above Grantees EARL M. McLAUGHLIN and wife SIRI as Grantors quit-
claiming to tn. City of Renton as Grantee a 35 foot right-of-way along the southerly
border ofabove mentioned McLaughlin tract for a street known as South 133rd Street.
