THE GRANTOR Housing Authority of the City of Renton, Washington
a body corporate and politic
for and in consideration of value received
conveys and quit claims to City of Renton, Washington, a Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
A 50 foot road right-of-way over a portion of Blocks 35 and 35A, corrected
plat of Renton Highlands No. 2, as recorded in Volume 57 of plats, pages
92 to 98, records of King County, Washington; the centerlinesof which is
described as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of 10th Avenue North and
Sunset Highway (P.S.H. No. 2) ; thence North 5Li°36'10" West 180.00 feet
along the centerline of 10th Avenue North to the True point of beginning;
thence South 35°42'11" West 251.81 feet; thence along the arc of a curve
to the right radius 231.92 feet, a distance of 461.21 feet; thence North
30°27' 22" West 169.37 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the right
radius 140.67 feet, a distance of 111 .72 feet; thence along the arc of a
curve to the right radius 102.85 feet, a distance of 74.55 feet; thence
North 56°41 '00" East 51.19 feet to point in the centerline of "G" Street,
said point being 293.31 feet Northwesterly, measured along the center-
line of "G" Street, from the intersection of the centerlinesof "G" Street
and "H" Street.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its proper officers
