Ur. Jacobs, King County Recorder' s Office, called yesterday relative to
a discrepancy in the above deed covering the following described property:
"The north 30 feet and the west 40 feet of Tract 211, C .D. Hillman' s Lake
ashington Jarden of Eden, Division Po. 4." lie stated that Mr. Hackman did
not own the west L fcet, andsubsecimanIly three portIons, of_land have been
deeded to the. Lumber Market. The Lumber Market had their deed. recorded
immediately and our was not recorded until June 14, 1961, As I understand
this leaves only 10 feet for us . You mip.ht check further with .him on this.
