Q[JIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, Oliver R. Wakelam and Retta M. Wakelam
, of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and they special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public 71sc s and purposes, the following lots, nieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and. described as follows:
South 201 of that portion of the Southeast 4 of Section 30, Township 23 North,
Range 5 East W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the South quarter corner of said Section 30; thence North along
the North and South center line of said Section 30, a distance of 1083 feet;
thence South 84°17100" East 14.79.32 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
North 8°41100" West 85.28 feet; thence South 84°17'00" East 312 feet, more or less,
to the Westerly line of Springbrook or Talbot County Road; thence Southerly along
said Westerly line 82.6 feet, more or less, to a point which bears South 84°17100"
East from the true point of beginning, North 84°17'00" West 321 feet to the true
point of beginning; EXCEPT that portion lying Easterly of a line 195 feet Westerly
of and parallel to the center line of said County Road; situate in the City of Renton,
Co t of Kin State of Washington.
TO VE A .0 HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
