of Renton under Auditor's File 5865089 with the easterly line of said

Thence southerly along said easterly line along a curve concave to the
southeast having a radius of 205.26 ft. through a central angle of
6°14'23" an arc length of 22.35 feet to a point of intersection with a
non-tangent curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 15.00 ft.
