WHEREAS, Grantor executed a Quit Claim Deed in favor of Grantee dated April 17, 1981 , recorded under Auditor's File No. 8104270496 WHEREAS, this Corrected Quit Claim Deed is made for the purpose of correcting the legal description contained in the April 17, 1981 Quit Claim Deed and to replace and supersede said Deed as follows : Grantor, for good and valuable consideration, conveys and quit claims to Grantee the real estate described on Exhibit A attached hereto, situated in the County of King, State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the Grantor therein for the use of the public forever as a public road and highway.
