THIS CORRECTED QUIT CLAIM DEED is made and entered into this / ?'
CD day of May, 1981 , by and between JACK A. BENAROYA COMPANY, a Washington
cp corporation (the Grantor) , and CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation of
King County, Washington (Grantee) .
WHEREAS, Grantor executed a Quit Claim Deed in favor of Grantee dated
April 17, 1981 , recorded under Auditor's File No. 8104270496
WHEREAS, this Corrected Quit Claim Deed is made for the purpose of
correcting the legal description contained in the April 17, 1981 Quit
Claim Deed and to replace and supersede said Deed as follows :
Grantor, for good and valuable consideration, conveys and quit claims
to Grantee the real estate described on Exhibit A attached hereto, situated
in the County of King, State of Washington, together with all after
acquired title of the Grantor therein for the use of the public forever
as a public road and highway. Ri

CD That portion of the northeast quarter of the northeast
O quarter of Section 36, Township 23 North, Range 4 East,
W. M. in King County, Washington described as follows :

Beginning at the northwest corner of said subdivision;
Thence S 87°31 ' 08" E along the north line of said Section
36 a distance of 90.01 feet to the east line of the west
90 feet of said subdivision;
Thence S 01°47' 51" W along said east line a distance of
1,219.16 feet to the true point of beginning;
Thence continuing S 01°47' 51" W a distance of 1.61 feet;
Thence along a ' curve to the left having a radius of 55.00
feet, an arc distance of 86.78 feet to a point on a line
48 feet north of and parallel with the proposed centerline
of S. W. 43rd Street, said proposed centerline being a
straight line which begins at the monumented intersection
of the centerline of East Valley Highway with the south
line of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of
Section 31 , Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W. M. and
runs thence westerly in a straight line to the monumented
intersection of the centerline of the West Valley Highway
with the south 'line of Government Lot 2 of Section 36,
