automated sorting to the.extent practicable and-convert,the

Cities such as Renton should not.use the excuse that one of
our lamer levels of government(IGng County or State) doesn't
allow:something and at least write a,statement.of preference

aluminum cans out on-days that the•garbage:trucks don't
come-people would come get the aluminum_ Garbage
companies sued the Boy"Scouts fo:stealing_Aluminuin'from
the recycle bins at the curb. Once placed at the curb, the,
garbage company owns your trash'
