That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 24 , Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M. , in King County,
Washington, described as follows :
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Earlington Industrial Park
No. 2 , as recorded in Volume 88 of Plats, page 80 , records of
said county; thence North 77°27 ' 30" East along the southerly line
thereof, 123. 34 feet to the cusp of a curve having a radius of
35 . 00 feet, the radius point of which bears South 12°32 ' 30" East;
thence southwesterly along said curve 63. 87 feet to a point of
compound curve having a radius of 360 . 00 feet; thence southeasterly
along said compound curve 28 . 82 feet to a point of reverse curve
having a radius of 440 . 00 feet; thence along said reverse curve
29. 97 feet to intersect a line parallel with and 100 feet south-
easterly, when measured at right angles , from the southeasterly
QD line of said Earlington Industrial Park No. 2 and the True Point
of Beginning; thence continuing along said reverse curve 42 . 66

to the True Point of Beginning.
It is understood that the parcel of land described above is a
portion of the right of way for certain transmission and/or dis-
tribution lines of the Grantor , which right of way and electric
lines are used by the Grantor in its business as an electric
public service company, and said parcel of land is hereby conveyed
to the Grantee solely for the establishment and maintenance of a
public highway and the installation and maintenance of utility
lines other than electric utility lines . As part of the consider-
ation of this transaction, it is understood that the facilities of
the Grantor shall be permitted to remain along and across the right
of way of said highway but not to interfere with ordinary highway
traffic. Should it become necessary in the future to alter or
relocate any of said facilities from within the right of way herein
conveyed, by order of the City of Renton, all costs for such
alterations or relocations shall be borne by the City of Renton.
