Warren, City Attorney RE: Quit Claim Deed Dear Maxine: You recently asked the public works department to find you the original of the Quit Claim Deed from the city of Renton under Auditor's File No. 8609111671. Supposedly the deed was to go to Mr. Horbach or one of his companies. However, the deed indicates that the city of Renton quit claimed the property to the city of Renton. In any event, I couldn't find the original of the document in my files nor could the public works department find the document in its files. Therefore, I am enclosing a certified copy of the deed. It may be necessary to reform the deed in order to name the correct grantee. If that effort is necessary please let me know. Lawrence J. Warren LJW:as. A8.48:36 .
