J. TONKIN, JR. , a single person at all times from May 15, 1980 until
September 18, 1983, whose wife at all times since September 18, 1983
UO has been MARY JO TONKIN, as his separate estate, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10. 00) and other good and valuable

All those portions of Government Lots 4 and 7 and of the

follows:
CD Beginning at the most easterly corner of the tract of land
CD conveyed to the City of Renton by Superior Court Cause No.
CD 440308 (known as Cedar River Park) , said corner being the

(State Highway No. 169) with the most southeasterly line of
said conveyed property; thence northwesterly along said
southerly margin of Maple Valley Road (State Highway No. 169)
a distance of 60 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing northwesterly along said road margin 100 feet;
then southwesterly parallel with and 160 feet northwesterly
from said southeasterly line a distance of 225 feet; then
southeasterly parallel with and 225 feet southwesterly from
said southerly road margin, a distance of 100 feet; thence
northeasterly parallel with and 60 feet northerly from the
most southeasterly line a distance of 225 feet to the true
point of beginning; EXCEPT portion for road conveyed to State
of Washington by deed recorded with King County Records and
Election Department under file number 7302090281.

Beginning at the most westerly corner of the above-described
parcel; thence northwesterly parallel with and 225 feet
southwesterly of said southerly margin of Maple Valley
Highway, 100 feet, more or less, to an existing sanitary
sewer; thence northeasterly, parallel with the northerly line
of said parcel 10 feet; thence southeasterly, parallel with
said Maple Valley Road margin 100 feet, more or less, to the
northwesterly line of said parcel; thence southwesterly along
said northwesterly line 10 feet to the true point of
beginning.

(a) Modified relinquishment of right of access to state highway
and of light, view and air, under terms of deed recorded

(b) Provision of access onto state highway as contained in deed
