of the May Creek Basin Program and the West Hazen Detention Pond, to
the City of Renton and described herein as Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein.

An easement and right-of-way for the purposes hereinafter stated, to include
an area within the banks of the constructed channel and a strip of land 30 feet
in width, 15 feet on either side of the center line of Honey Creek, on the
following described property:
That portion of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the
Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, Section 3, Township
23 North, Range 5 East, W. M. , King County, Washington,

are necessary to provide adequate clearance and to eliminate interference with,
