- The Grantor, KING COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State
of Washington, for and in consideration of the sum of
NINE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($900.00) , pursuant to King County
Ordinance No. 2622, Section 15, does hereby grant, sell and convey
unto the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation of the State of
Washington, the following described parcel of land, situate in the
County of King, State of Washington:

Less West 96 feet, Less South 74 ft. of North 148 feet
of East 96.3 feet, Less South 74 feet of North 370 feet
of portion East of line 156 feet East of West line, Less
East 96 feet thereof.
The herein described property is conveyed to the City of Renton
for public right of way purposes.
