Thank you for bringing to my attention the square footage error trans-
posed on our Request for Lot Line Adjustment for Parkwood South,
Division No. 2, Lots 40 and 41.
Please be informed that the 7357 sq. ft. shown for Lot 40 on our request
form was simply a transposition error and should read 7537 sq. ft.
Attached is a tape with the calculations to show the exact square footage
to be 7536.90 sq. ft., rounded off is 7537 sq. ft..
