NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipality, that the following described real property, commonly known as
365 Taylor Ave NW, situated in the City of Renton, County of King, State of
Washington, and legally described as
Lot 5, Block 1, Wilson's Subdivision, According to Plat Recorded in
Volume 67 of Plats, Page 37, in King County, Washington
is subject to the Development Standards for Single Family Residential Zoning
Designations of the City of Renton (RMC 4-2-110A)that limits the number of
dwelling units per legal lot to one (1). The dwelling structure on the above
referenced real property cannot be occupied as a duplex (two (2) dwelling
units) in accordance with current zoning regulations.
THE OBJECT OF THIS NOTICE IS TO ADVISE ANY AND ALL
PERSONS OF THE LIMITATIONS IMPOSED BY THE CITY OF
RENTON'S DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONING DESIGNATIONS AS IT PERTAINS TO THIS
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RENTON.
