Dear Clark,
I am writing to you today with a request for extension on the Permit for Shoreline Management - Land
Use Action File No. LUA16-000614, ECF, SM, which was issued on December 5, 2017 with an
expiration date of December 4, 2019. I have enclosed a copy for your review.
For the past four years, SECO Development has been in the permitting process with the Corp of
Engineers. We have recently received the Biological Opinion from National Marine Fisheries Service
(NMFS) and hope to receive an opinion report from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration (NOOA) in the next 6-12 months. With the anticipated completion of the permit process,
we respectfully request an extension of the Shoreline Management Land Use Action permit from the City
of Renton.
