SUBJECT: EXTENSION REQUEST RESPONSE LETTER
Southport Shoreline Modifications / LUA16-000614, ECF, SM
Dear Ms. Sahota:
This letter serves to acknowledge your request (received October 2, 2019) for a one-year
extension of the standard period of the validity for the Southport Shoreline Modification s – a
Shoreline Substantial Development Permit to repair a degraded bulkhead and install two (2)
separate grated floats for small watercraft on the shore of Lake Washington at 1053 and 1083
Lake Washington Blvd N (APNs 0523059075, 0523059076 and 0823059216), Renton, WA
98056. Staff will review your extension request to ensure all requirements of the Renton
Municipal Code are met. In addition, the Department of Ecology and parties of record will be
notified your request.
Prior to that review, you will be notified if any additional information is required to continue
