Payment must be received prior to commencement of the Pre-Construction Meeting. You can pay the invoice on the First Floor of City Hall prior to the Meeting. Please bring the Receipt from Finance to the Pre-Construction Meeting so that we can verify the invoice has been paid. Please note that after hours inspections and work performed by City crews will be billed at $125/hr.
