2. Provide paint spec (water-based reflective paint per Eric) 3M Stamark All weather Tape 380AW and Contrast Tape 380AW-5
3. Provide current Special Provisions boiler plate document (Chris B mentioned another project as an example?) Sent updated special provisions to Flora and Chris for additional comments
