Other Requests: Following a visit to the shops, Councilmember Persson was impressed with
how many shopping carts the shops crew had obtained throughout the City, thanked them for
their work in clearing them from the streets, and requested an update on the shopping cart
ordinance. —Zimmerman and Vincent
