HomeMy WebLinkAboutL_ERC_Pub_RR_LUA19-000212NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AND PUBLIC HEARING RENTON, WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT The Environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination of Non-Significance Mitigated (DNS-M) for the following project under the authority of the Renton municipal code. Family First Community Center LUA19-000212 Location: 16022 116th Ave SE. The applicant is requesting Administrative Site Plan Review, Hearing Examiner Conditional Use Permit review, Height Variance, Driveway Design Modification, Street Modification and Waiver, and Environmental (SEPA) Review to construct a community center (Family First Community Center) at 16022 116th Ave SE. The Cascade Elementary School parcel is zoned R-6. 90 new surface parking spaces would be provided for the 21,110 SF one-story building. Construction is expected to begin in May 2020 and end in July 2021. Appeals of the DNS-M must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on November 01, 2019. Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner c/o City Clerk, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Hearing Examiner are governed by RMC 4-8-110 and more information may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk's Office, 425-430-6510. A Public Hearing will be held by the Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers, City Hall, on November 19, 2019 at 11:00 am to consider the submitted application. If the DNS-M is appealed, the appeal will be heard as part of this public hearing. Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing. Publication Date:October 18, 2019
