HomeMy WebLinkAboutSUBMITTAL1 Jinny Park Architecture, PLLC Project Narrative Project name: Tango Properties LLC Restaurant Remodel Project Address: 247 Park Ave N., Renton WA 98057 Date: May 29, 2019 Site: Tango Properties LLC owns three (3) parcels: 722400-0340, 722400-0335 and 722400-0330. The two south parcels (0335 and 0330) are currently used for parking spaces. We would like to continue using the two south parcels as parking lots serving for the restaurant. Site modification: We are proposing to convert existing eight (8) parking stalls into outdoor seating areas. There will be an entry walkway between the outdoor seating areas. We’ll convert some of the existing parking stalls into ADA stalls. We want to continue using the two south parcels (0335 and 0330) for restaurant parking. Restaurant Remodel: The existing structure will remain and some of the interior walls will be relocated. The existing bathrooms will be demolished and new ADA compliant bathrooms will be installed. We would like to relocate the existing entry to the new location as shown on site plan sheet A001. The existing windows on north wall will be replaced with two garage doors. The existing kitchen will remain the same. Interior will receive new finish floors. Questions/Concerns: We would like to use parcel 0330 with R-10 zone for restaurant parking.
