Use (s)-proposed Residential Use -existing Residential Quantity and Size Specifications Number of proposed new residential units 5 Page 2 of 2 CITY OF RENTON Land Use Application #536019 - Le Short Plat Vicinity Map PROJECT SITE Le Short Plat Narrative This property is located on 113th Ave SE just south of the intersection with SE 168th St. The site is generally level with a slight slope towards the west. There is an existing single story rambler residence on the site. This is a proposed detached single family short plat project of a 0.847 Acre parcel in an R-10 zone. There are two conceptual plans provided with this pre-application request for consideration and comment. Option A is to create 5 new lots, retain the existing structure and provide a surface storm water facility. Option B is to create 6 new lots, demolish the existing home and provide a subsurface storm water facility below the proposed access road or in an easement on the site. Both options utilize a 20’ shared access tract to serve three of the lots in the rear of the property. The other lots will take direct access from 113th Ave SE. Water and sewer are in the street. A connection to storm water conveyance is just south of the site. The project does not appear to require any variances.
