The Grantor, Summerwind Division No 1 — 5 Homeowners Association, for

valuable consideration, hereby conveys and warrants to the City of Renton, the
following described real estate, situated in King County, in the State of Washington,
under the imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its rights of Eminent Domain:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Also, the Grantors Summerwind Division No 1 — 5 Homeowners Association
request the Asse�sor and Treasurer of said County to set over to the remainder of the
hereinafter described parcel, the lien of all unpaid taxes, if any, affecting the real estate
