The Grantor, The Boeing Company, a Delaware Corporation, for and in consideration of mutual
benefits, conveys, quitclaims and dedicates to the Grantee, City of Renton, a Washington
municipal corporation, for the use of the public, all Grantor's right, title and interest in the
following described real estate situated in King County, Washington, to the same extent and
purposes as if the rights granted had been acquired under the Eminent Domain Statute of the
State of Washington,together with any after-acquired title therein, to wit:
As described in Attachment A-1 &A-2 and depicted in Attachment B-1 & B-2 attached
hereto and made a part hereof by this reference,
subject to an easement in favor of Grantor over the entire parcel for the purpose of operating,
maintaining, removing, repairing, or repiacing Grantor's underground water line, together with all

connections and appurtenances thereto, along with the right of ingress to and egress from the
aforesaid described property for the foregoing purposes.
Also, Grantor requests the Assessor and Treasurer of said County to set over to the remainder '
of the hereinabove described parcel, the lien of all unpaid taxes, if any, affecting the real estate
herein conveyed, as provided for by RCW 84.60.070.
By executing this Deed of Dedication, the Grantee hereby accepts the property and agrees for
itself and its successors in titte to the property and the terms and reservations of Grantor set
forth herein.
