Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on East line of said Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of
the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter being South 180.00 feet (as measured
along said East line) of the Northeast corner thereof;
THENCE North 88°03'16" West, parallel with the North line of said subdivision, 20.01 feet
to the West line of the East 20.00 feet of said subdivision, being the West margin of Duvall
