I know that we have previously discussed most of these, but to get all the waiver requests together in
one email, please confirm that none of the following are required for the La Fortuna land use submittal:
1. Arborist’s Report
2. Tree retention worksheet (The tree count and tree density will be shown on the landscape
drawings.)
3. Neighborhood Meeting
4. Flood hazard data (The site is not in a flood zone.)
5. Habitat data report
6. Colored maps for display
