noted that parking and traffic has been impacted by recent neighborhood development. She noted that there is not
currently enough parking to serve the whole neighborhood, difficult to find a spot after Sunset Terrace development.
She shared a concern about whether or not all residents in Sunset Oaks will have on-site parking.
-Karen is a neighbor across Harrington who is concerned about parking overflow. She noted that there has been
parking overflow on the street from Sunset Court that has impacted the neighborhood.
