King County Metro has received the attached document and has the following comment/reminder regarding Project #: LUA19-000201 (Brown Bear Auto Sentry Building Addition). Please keep
in mind that this is not an appeal, but a reminder that King County Metro needs to be informed/updated should the project impact Metro’s operation in any way. Please let me know if

“The contractor will need to communicate with both construction coordinator and Route Transit Facility well in advance of any construction work so that we can either remove the bus stop
so that Service Quality can place a delineator nearby to relocate the bus stop post for the duration of the construction, depending on the length of the work.

Please include the standard language about the requirement that the contractor will communicate with both construction coordinator and Route Transit Facility well in advance of any
construction work so that we can either removal the bus stop so that Service Quality can place a delineator nearby to relocate the bus stop post for the duration of the construction,
depending on the length of the work.

Environmental Planning has received the attached SEPA Notification regarding Brown Bear Auto Sentry Building Addition in Renton. Please see project details below and email me your comments

Project Location: 1823059131 (77 RAINIER AVE S)
Project Details: The applicant is requesting Administrative Site Plan Review and Environmental (SEPA) Review in order to remove an existing Chevron gas station which
includes dispensers, pipping, canopy, cashier’s kiosk, and underground storage tanks, and construct a new Auto Sentry pay station for the existing 1,820 square foot car wash on site.
The project site is 21,913 square feet and located at 77 Rainier Ave S (parcel number 1823059131). The project proposal includes a new canopy, auto cashiers and gates, new landscaping
and relocation of the trash/recycling enclosure. The existing car wash building is proposed to remain. No tree removal is proposed with the project.
Potential Impact: Bus route 106 Local run on Rainier Ave S. Bus zone # 46430 is to the east of the parcel.
