Subject: Lift Station and Monday Tour
Good morning Mark,
Answers to today’s questions:
· Sunday Work: Submit a detailed memo describing work to be done on Sunday(s) and the work hours. We would need to grant you a work hour variance. To help with this, please include
mitigation measures in your memo such as doing least disruptive work on Sunday(s), offering to respond to complaints, etc.
· Sewer Testing: Provide an alternative testing method or provide justification for not needing testing all together.
As for my availability on Monday, I’m available all day. Alex, who is cc’d in this email, is interested in having our new assistant planner, Brittany Gillia, accompany us on this tour.
Let me know what time and where to meet you on Monday, thank you!
Best Regards,
Jonathan Chavez, P.E.
