Description:
Seattle Desert Coach is compatible with the current zoning and usage dedicated
to the property. It will not result in detrimental overconcentration within the City
or within the immediate area of the proposed use. The proposed use is
compatible with the scale and character of the neighborhood. Parking has been
made available and will remain available for public use. Seattle Desert Coach will
ensure safe movement for vehicles and pedestrians and shall always mitigate
potential effects on the surrounding area. Traffic will not increase significantly.
Potential noise, light and glare impacts have been evaluated and will not affect
the surrounding area. Landscaping is provided by the property management
company and will continue as such.
