Description:
The purpose of this project is to operate a transportation company in which
drivers transport airline crews in company owned vehicles from Seattle-Tacoma
International Airport to their hotels within Seattle. The vehicles are housed at 879
Ranier Ave N. There are no customers going to and from this location. The
business office consists of three office personnel employees who remain on
premises during their shift. This location currently employs 10 drivers. Traffic
going to and from this location will be less than 20 entries/exits per day, accessing
from the two main entrances on Rainer Ave N. We are requesting an
administrative conditional use permit to allow several company vehicles to park
on the premises in parking spaces designated by the property management
company. There are currently 70 parking spaces available on site. We are
proposing to utilize 10 spaces, as agreed upon with the management company. A
Lease Agreement has been provided which details this specific information. This
project has no additional costs or construction required to operate.
