Can not be combined with any other 10% discount. (Senior, Internet,
Ect.).Discount only applies to items on the original estimate. Discount
does not apply to add-on items or add-on work during time of service.
3 Tree's Certified Arborist Report 1 $150.00
Accurate and objective ISA Certified Arborist Report for specified tree
species on-site, in compliance with ISA certification report standards,
E and in accordance with all applicable local laws and guidelines. Report
° does not guarantee permit acquisition, as this is ultimately up to your
city arborist and project planning department. Payment for report is
Y due upon completion and receipt, not upon permit acquisition.
OtERMS: For the duration of legal documentation, Eastside Tree Works shall be referred to as "ETWLLC". Cancellation of this contract requires written notice by
°f%S Mail within 72 hours of acceptance to address listed below. A 10% non-refundable deposit is due upon acceptance, unless waived by ETWLLC. 10% non-
r`refundable fee is due upon cancellation outside of the required window. Balance due to ETWLLC upon substantial completion, unless otherwise noted. Permit
.5ost, acquisition, and municipal code compliance is customer responsibility unless noted above. Should project not be complete by month end, the percentage
,5omplete is due by the 10th of the fallowing month. If payment 1s not received as outlined above, the balance due may be subject to interest penalties of 12% per
-year, with a $25.00 per week service fee For delinquent accounts. In the event it becomes necessary to enforce payment, the client agrees to pay all collection
Leosts incurred by ETWLLC, including attorneys fees and costs, regardless of whether legal action is filed with the courts or not. ETWLLC reserves the right to

�s written rn this contract, will constitute additional charges. Customer is responsible to define all property lines, and in the event of a dispute with neighboring
yroperty owners over trespass. customer agrees to defend ETWLLC. In the event there is a. dispute otter than non-payment, both parties agree the first step is
non-binding arbitration with the Better Business Bureau. Should landscape or property become damaged, both parties agree that ETWLLC will reseed any
damaged turf areas and prune or replace any plants and trees with similar species in common size, as well as rights to providing repairs to any other damages.
-�7ur liability Is limited to our on-site work, and only when ETWLLC crewmen are on customers property. ETWLLC will not be liable for any damage occurrence,
utside of when workers are on property. Unless other arrangements are made, full payment due upon completion of work. There is a 2% processing fee for all
edit card payments over $2000.00. This'contract serves as notification of Lien rights as required by Washington State law. Signature below indicates you agree
