This project will convert Williams Ave S and Wells Ave S between S Grady Way and N 1st St from one-way
to a two-way operation, upgrade traffic signals,raised intersections with curb bulbouts at Williams Ave S/S
2nd St, Williams Ave S/S 3rd St, Wells Ave S/S 2nd St, and Wells Ave S/S 3rd St. See attached Exhibit C.

Stormwater utilities will be adjusted to accommodate the new raised intersections. Sewer main will be lined
prior to construction of raised concrete intersections. Water main and stormwater mains will be

(continued) Williams Ave S is a one-way roadway with two SB lanes and street parking on both
sides of the street. Wells Ave S is a one-way roadway with two NB lanes and street parking on
both sides of the street. Both streets have curb, gutter and sidewalks along both sides. There is a
railroad crossing located at the intersections of Houser Way S/Williams Ave S and Houser Way
S/Wells Ave S.
