Street Funds, the improvement must be listed in the City's Six Year Construction Program and the street must be designated an Arterial by Resolution. The City has updated its Six Year Con- struction Program from time to time; but it has failed to keep the Arterial Street Resolution in line with the arterials as listed in the construction program. To correct this situation, it is the recommendation of the Engineering Department that the City's Arterial Street Resolution that was adopted in 1963 be updated to include streets that are listed as arterials in the City's Six Year Construction Program.
