Flatiron -Lane, a Joint Venture provides this irrevocable and notarized statement granting the
City of Renton permission to summarily abate the use and all physical evidence of that use, if it
has not been removed as required by the terms of the permit. Flatiron -Lane, a Joint Venture,
will reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in abating the use.
