Flatiron -Lane, a Joint Venture plans to refuel trucks/equipment on site via Fuel Truck delivery
as/when needed. Necessary procedures to refrain from contamination are address in the Spill
Prevention Plan. This plan addresses procedures for secondary containment and environmental
monitoring during construction activities. The Spill Prevention Plan will also include information
on a "Designated Person" responsible for supervising the use, storage, and handling of
hazardous materials. Also addressed in the Spill Prevention Plan:
Security of Hazardous Materials
Removal of Leaking Vehicles and Equipment
Flammable and Combustible Liquids
Clean -Up of Equipment and Supplies
Unauthorized Releases
Application of Pesticides and Fertilizers
