Description of Work
Engineering services for design improvements on Duvall Ave NE to restore paved surfaces,and fill in missing
non-motorized facilities such as sidewalks,bicycle lanes,illumination,and channelization.
The Local Agency of City of Renton
desires to supplement the agreement entered in to with Parametrix,Inc.
and executed on-06/21/2016 and identified as Agreement No. CAG-16-063
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
I
Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read:
RES Group Northwest to provide a full appraisal and appraisal review to set Just Compensation in accordance to the City of
Renton's approved Right-of-Way Procedures dated June 24,2015.
II
Section IV, TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar days
for completion of the work to read: No Chance.•
III
Section V, PAYMENT, shall be amended as follows: •
This supplement does not increase the new maximum amount payable.There will be a transfer of funds from the Management
Reserve fund of$6,000 to the Sub consultant RES Group Northwest budget.
as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, and by this reference made a part of this supplement.
If you concur with this supplement and agree to the changes as stated above, please sign in the Appropriate
spaces below and return to this office for final action.

AMENDMENT"A"
SCOPE OF WORK AND COST ESTIMATE:
Parametrix, City of Renton, Duvall Ave NE Pavement Preservation Project
PROJECT OVERVIEW AND SCOPE OF WORK
Parametrix., is the(PRIME) consultant with RES GROUP NW(RESGNW) serving as a sub-
consultant on a project for City of Renton. Preliminary Funding Estimates (PFE) dated July
2019 was prepared by Matt Sloan, MAI, Valbridge Property Advisors, the said PFE determined
the Argo Renton LLC property or Highlands Plaza, will require a full appraisal and appraisal
review to set Just Compensation in accordance to the City of Renton's approved Right of Way
Procedures date June 24, 2015.
This amendment is to include the Appraisal and Appraisal Review cost to RESGNW's sub-
contract with Parametrix. We recommend that Matt Sloan, MAI now with SOVA Appraisal and
Consulting to resume with appraisal on said property valuation and Steve Juntilla, MAI, Review
Appraiser, CIC Valuation Group, set Just Compensation for the project.
Cost Estimate
RESGNW will hire the WSDOT approved appraiser and appraisal reviewer and manage the sub
consultant contracts and all cost will be invoiced to the Prime and shall be reimbursed to
RESGNW.
Appraisal Report: SOVA Appraisal Consulting $4,000.00
Appraisal Review: CIC Valuation Group $2,000.00
Total Estimated Cost $6,000.00
