22RPD, Twenty Second Race Product Development, at its core, is an engineering, research, and development firm. We develop software and hardware to improve the performance, efficiency,
and reliability of vehicles. Over the last five years 22RPD has become a national leader in our specific type of software. We are known for producing the highest quality solutions while
providing a level of customer service unmatched by anyone in our industry. For the last couple years, we have been developing hardware to marry with our software. Producing these parts
with a stringent level of quality while pairing them with exceptional customer service has allowed us to distinguish ourselves amongst our competition.
In 2018, we began looking to expand our research operations. The key to this was location as all of our competition is located on the east coast. We began to evaluate cities on the west
coast that met our needs. Considering there was no direct support on the west coast we saw this as a strategic advantage. After considerable evaluation, Washington and specifically
the Seattle metro area seemed to be the best location for the facility. We visited and looked around the area for almost 8 months before settling on Renton and this building as the
location for us to put the roots for our startup. Renton is central to our local clientele, and the existing structure is perfect for our application. Starting in May, we completely
facelifted the facility with fresh paint, trim, and furniture.
Since the internet, modern brick and mortar locations are increasingly difficult to value; especially for spaces of this size and location. Our goal for this space, its true value, is
to help foster a local community. The success of internet groups has created a vacuum of places for people to be part of a genuine community. We believe people are in search of something
real and authentic to be a part of. Something unattainable on an internet forum or Facebook group. 22RPD is in the perfect position to create this, here, in Renton. Our desire is for
this space to be beneficial to this community by working with local businesses to attract not only locals but people from all over the US. Come and start your afternoon with 22RPD and
continue on to our local partners.
The next phase for 22RPD is to build its distribution network, its "Knowledge base" and its outreach/marketing program. We know as a company we need to work with other installers and
retailers to build both our brand and sales. We currently have 3 resellers and we are looking to grow this to 10 by this time next year. We are pairing or backing this network with
a new product we are calling the knowledgebase. This interactive archive will allow our customers and resellers access to thousands of topics on how to use and troubleshoot our products
all presented in an understandable and informative manner. The knowledgebase gives our distribution network and customers access to 24/7 available information which also unloads our
support staff. Finally, we are pairing this with a new outreach program that utilizes all forms of social media. This platform will provide free and exciting content to our current
customer base as long as tens-of-thousands online viewers. This platform will help expand our outreach and brand.
22rpd is an exciting new company that was founded and driven by enthusiasts. It boasts tons of potential and is on track to become a success.
